Phases of the Moon!

SPACE TIME!

I'm so excited that it is finally the 4th quarter!  A fresh start, a new grading period, and one of my FAVORITE topics of earth science: SPACE!

We are going to start having weekly vocabulary quizzes to help be sure that we're learning the words we are using in class.  This week we have 10 words.  Tonight, you need to be making flashcards.  The words are:

  2. axis
  3. rotation
  4. revolution
  5. orbit
  6. latitude
  7. equinox
  8. solstice
  9. vernal equinox
  10. autumnal equinox
